Prior to joining CBRE in 2013, Patrick and Alex spent nine successful years at Marcus & Millichap, consistently ranking among the firm’s top retail brokers. At CBRE, they have continued to expand their reach, leveraging the firm’s platform to offer clients comprehensive services including leasing, management, valuation, and structured finance. Their market insights are frequently featured in major real estate publications such as GlobeSt.com, the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Business Journal, and Bisnow.com. Patrick holds a business administration degree from the University of Southern California and remains active in USC-affiliated organizations and industry groups. He also volunteers as a youth sports coach in the South Bay community. Patrick lives in Manhattan Beach with his wife, Lindsay, and their three children—Tyler, Madison, and Emily.
